I have been learning the importance of not giving up, especially when it comes to prayer. Never ever ever stop praying or give up. I have realised that the Jesus in the Bible is different than what I was picturing him. There are so many stories of people who seemingly got told off but didn't stop asking for something. I think God wants that - persistence and conviction.

None of these people got healed only because they had faith, they got healed because they didn't give up asking for it. Even when they were told to keep quiet.

Thank you for that! I think that I'm often not persistent enough in my prayers. I think that I frequently don't pray big enough.
