Paper-cutting

I personally think that paper-cutting way undervalued. Such intricacy, elegance and attention to detail! I love it!

While in Paris, Neil and I got our profiles cut out, afterwards I found a profile of my mom that she had sitting in her drawers from years ago. Unfortunately, they are still sitting on a shelf because I want to find fitting frames. I also bought some beautiful paper-cut cards of a 3D Eiffel tower in Vietnam that I really treasure.

Today I was surfing etsy and found Mr Yen who not only has original paper cut designs but also has a blog where you can enter your favourite design for a giveaway contest.

Good luck!
