Stripping everything

I am selling everything I own. The only thing that I am keeping is photos, and hopefully I will be able to scan them in, so we don't have to ship them and other memories. But everything I can is turned digital or other weighless ways. That means that everything from TV to forks to candles to pots to soap dish are on sale. Do you know how difficult it is NOT to shove the little crap in another box and to move it to the next place??? Do you have any idea how hard it is to get rid of everything? Not because I am really sad over it but because it's so time consuming and so much!

I have to bring something else up here, since we are on this subject -- I will make a very rude but friendly request. I don't mean to sound arrogant but since we are shipping everything, and some of you who come here might be considering giving us gifts for our wedding, could I ask that part of the gift is shipping it to Australia? Or better don't spend money but come visit mus in the Aussie land once we have found a place and bought new forks and candles and pots and soap dishes!

There are so many piles of "sell" "give away" "send to latvia" "send to aussie land" "move to S's" that I am feeling overwhelmed at times. On top of that, I am leaving tomorrow for the rest of the week and then porch sale on Sat morning. I have promised myself that I am not going to stress about this but me quitting the job on the 13th of September and handling ending my life in the States is scary. Stressing over it won't change anything, so I am keeping my calm and forcing myself to go through those piles that get shoved from one box to another and putting them in those 5 piles.
