Skype
I just spent half an hour on skype chatting with my dear beautiful friend with cameras on!!!! Since it's Saturday morning we are still in bed, I could see her and she could see me, it felt like she is sitting on my bed and we are chatting and giggling and like she is right here. It is so great to have the technology to do this. It makes this big wide world so much smaller.

Skype (http://www.skype.com) is a VOIP (voice over IP address) program that allows you to talk over the internet rather than over phone lines. You can use Skype to chat, to talk (as long as you have a working microphone and speakers), or to actually see each other while talking if you have a working webcam. And for Skype-to-Skype calls it's free. I think you can also pay per minute if you want to call a non-Skype number.
