I was forwarded an email today with this Mandela quote in it:
“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it … The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear”.

For some odd reason I keep coming across quotes about fear. It happens so that this is the second one by Mandela. Is there something I am supposed to learn from this?
