The US embassy in Latvia

From time to time I check out the Riga City Photos blog which makes me miss home just a smidge but also brings back so many memories. In addition, I get updated on new developments and buildings in my home city, Riga.

This guy, Ikars, is an amazing photographer and is doing such a great and faithful job of updating his blog regularly.

In one of his posts, he's put a photo of the new US embassy in Latvia, this is what it looks like:

Am I the only who thinks it looks more like a prison than an embassy? Isn't it a little bit sad?
